Michael Ramaglia is a Visionary leader, offering 16+ years of construction and development experience in all facets of the industry. Versatile strategist, recognized for the successful completion of multi-million dollar projects. Progressive, decisive, and highly valued for expertise interpreting project strategies, translating objectives into actionable plans, and providing leadership to multi-functional teams.

Michael joined Lime Development in 2011 after serving four years as Director of Facilities & Construction Management for New Jersey Community Development Corp based in Paterson NJ where Michael served as chief liaison between union trades and the agency, as well as built relationships with community leaders and elected officials within Paterson and Passaic County. As an active member of the Community; Michael participated as an instrumental member of the Event Planning Committee which produced major annual fundraising efforts and other community integration activities and events.

Mike is a family man and enjoys his weekends with his family and following local politics.
